Rules and Regulations
The following rules apply to all
vendors. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in removal from the premises. Bonnie and Clyde Trade Days reserves the right to refuse admission to any vendor and to reclaim a vendor’s lot(s) at any time. The following rules are subject to change at any time without notice.
1. Reserving Spaces: New lots may be rented for the upcoming Trade Days beginning on the second Monday after each Trade Days and continuing through the weekend of the sale of until all lots have been rented. Lots reserved prior to the week of the Trade Days must be paid in advance. Reserved lots are held for up to 1 week pending receipt of payment, after which the reservation may be cancelled for non-payment of rent. There will be no sub-leasing of lots.
2. Set-Up: You can come in and set up at 6 a.m. on Thursday before Trade Days at no extra charge. You can come in starting Monday before Trade Day week end for a $10.00 per day charge. We ask that you come to the office and check in upon arrival. Vehicles or trailers remaining on the grounds after dark on Tuesday following the Trade Days will be charged $22.00 per day for 30 amp and $24.00 per day for 50 amp. . Unattended vehicles or trailers will be impounded. A storage fee of $32.00 per month will be charged if you need to store your vehicle, or trailer. A dump station is available at no extra charge for those renting an RV space. All RV’s are asked to used the electrical hookups provided - no generators, please.
3. Unloading/Parking:
As many vehicles as needed can enter the park to unload your merchandise, BUT only (2) two vehicles will be allowed to park behind the booth space. DO NOT block the driveways or alley ways.
4. Vendor passes must be shown when entering the grounds. Vendors are permitted 3 passes.
One for their booth (must be posted on their booth), one for their vehicle and one extra. Please DO NOT ask for more.
5. Renewal of Spaces:
Vendors may renew their lots by paying the next month’s rent at the Bonnie & Clyde Office anytime during office hours over the Trade Days weekend. Vendors may be required to show their current lot rent receipt when renewing. If payment is not made during the sale, payment must be received in the Bonnie and Clyde office within the 5 days following the sale. Any lots for which payment has not been received by the Friday after Trade Days may be rented to another vendor.
6. Retaining your lots when you cannot set up:
Vendors who know a month in advance that they must miss the following sale, but wish to retain their lots may pay half of the total rent due for the missed month within the 5 day renewal period, payment of half of the rent indicates that you are not coming.
The half payment of the next month’s rent must be received20in the B & C Office no later than the Friday following the missed sale to guarantee renewal of lots.
 
7. Cancellation:
No refunds of lot rent is given. If a vendor who has paid full lot rent in advance notifies the B & C office at least 1 week prior to Trade Days stating that he cannot set up for the upcoming sale, a credit in the amount of 1/2 will be applied to the next months rent.
8. Types of Payment:
Cash, money order, Visa or Mastercard and checks are accepted. Checks are subject to approval by B & C Trade Days and TeleCheck. Checks should be imprinted and include name, address (street) telephone number, drivers license state and number. There will be a $35.00 NSF fee.
9. Anyone selling, swapping, trading, or otherwise conducting business on the premises must have a rent receipt.
10. Bonnie and Clyde Trade Days has designated selling areas; each vendor shall sell and display only within the confines of his/her designated area. No hawking is permitted at any time.
11. Vendors shall not bring upon or distribute on the grounds any political, religious, or solicitant matter or handbills without the consent of management.
12. Bonnie and Clyde reserves the right to restrict the sale, display, or distribution of any printed materials, photographs, books, magazines, film, pictures, paraphernalia, or oth er representations in order to maintain a proper, wholesome environment.
13. No tables, racks, walls, or any other construction may be built on a lot without consent of Management.
14. Vendors selling large or heavy merchandise can call the office at 263-2437 and we will have a cart go out and pick up the merchandise and take it to the information/vendor booth for the customer to pick up.
15. Anyone causing damage to the electrical, water or plumbing system will be charged a minimum of $25.00 for damages.
16. Anyone using air conditioners will be charged $25.00 extra per month for electrical usage. NO electric heaters may be used, only propane.
17. Speed limit through the Bonnie and Clyde trade grounds is 5 mph. No vehicles are allowed on Ambush, Barrow, Shotgun, Shoot-out, and Parkers Place during trade days open hours or any time vendors are open. Please use alley ways. Absolutely no vehicles on the concrete of the Pavilion!!
18. Vendors must use 12/3 (heavy duty) extension cords to hook up to electricity on the Bonnie & Clyde trade grounds.
19. Anything left on the premises is done so entirely at the risk of the vendor. Bonnie & Clyde Trade Days assumes no liability for disputes arising out of any transactions among vendors and/or customers or for any damage of any nature to persons or property except for its own negligence.

20. No loud music, or amplifiers will be allowed for any reason.

21. Vendor pets must be kept on a leash or under the control of the owner at all times. No other pets or animals are allowed on the Bonnie and Clyde trade grounds.
22. The office will page for small lost children and medical emergencies. We will also offer the services of paging for your booth if you will let the office personnel know in a timely manner. (Such as spur of the moment sales, etc.)
23. All RV’s in the trading area and those in the RV park without sewerage hookup are required to keep their sewerage and gray water contained in holding tanks until they may be dumped at a dump station. Dumping of either sewage or gray water onto the ground is prohibited.
24. No bicycle riding in the Trade Days Park. No skateboarding.
25. Lots shall not be used for games of skill, raffles, palm reading, fortune telling, auctions, or anything related to carnivals.
Counterfeit Merchandise
Periodically, vendors at Bonnie & Clyde Trade Days may be inspected by the U.S. Customs Service for copyright infringement. Bonnie and Clyde Trade Days assumes no liability for the sale of counterfeit merchandise. Any dealer found in violation of U.S. Customs regulations is subject to prosecution.
 
Trailer Storage
Bonnie & Clyde Trade Days has a limited amount of secured parking for trailers and vehicles to be stored between Trade Days. Storage fees should be paid in advance. Rates are $1.50 /day or $32.00/month. RVs should be prepared for storage by unhooking from all utilities and emptying holding tanks of all sewerage and gray water.
Sales Tax
Seven (7%) percent sales tax is to be collected on all merchandise sold by vendors at Bonnie and Clyde Trade Days. Four percent of the tax is collected for the state, three percent for the parish. You may pick up your tax envelopes in the office or the vendor’s check in booth and drop them off at the office for the state and parish to pick up the following week.
Table Rentals
Vendor’s desiring to make arrangements for rentals prior to the show may do so by contacting the Bonnie and Clyde office. Payment for rental orders should be mailed in or made upon arrival for the Trade Days at the office. Once you have arrived, you can contact the office or one of our staff and order tables or tents. Tent and table rental rates are as follows and cover all three days of the sale:

Animal Alley Rules & Regulations
ALL ANIMALS FOR SALE MUST BE SOLD ON ANIMAL ALLEY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
1. All puppies and dogs must have their shots and vaccinations.
2. All puppies and dogs must be housed for sale off of the ground. (They need to be on crates or tables a minimum of 2 inches from ground.)
3. Absolutely NO PIT BULLDOGS of any form allowed on the property for sale or show.
4. All sales are between buyer and seller.
5. Horses must have current negative coggins test.
6. No washing of animals in the public restroom. No exceptions.
7. Vendors are required to post their license and shall provide to each buyer in writing their name, address and telephone number.
8. No venomous and/or toxic reptiles, insects, spiders, or animals allowed.
9. Vendors may use shredded paper, wood shaving, straw, or sawdust on their lot provided said material are removed from the lot at the end of the weekend. It is the responsibility of the=2 0vendor to see that all such materials are removed from his/her lot before leaving the grounds. Any vendor leaving such materials which have to be picked up by Bonnie and Clyde personnel may be charged a cleanup fee. Do not dump anything in the wooded area behind Animal Alley, that is Private Property.
